• All Leases follow the same 12 month term, running June 1 – May 31. We do not offer month-month rentals or any Lease term shorter than 12 months.
• No Dogs Allowed
• Tenant is responsible for payment of Gas & Electric (directly billed to Tenant) and Water (billed every 4 months by PBIC)
• Tenant must obtain Renters Insurance
• No Smoking Allowed
