Maintenance Requests

All Maintenance Requests can be reported via PBIC’s Online Resident Portal. You will use the same Log In and Password that you currently use to access the site to pay your rent.

After you log in simply select the “Message/Contact Us” tab, type in your Maintenance Request and hit “Save Message.”  Once your request has been submitted the PBIC Team will contact you to schedule service.

Please indicate whether or not you authorize our repair person to enter your unit when you’re not at home for every maintenance request you submit.

If you have multiple maintenance requests, please enter each one separately.

For routine maintenance requests made during business hours, you should expect a response from us within the same day. If you make a request after hours or on weekends or holidays, you can expect a response on the next business day.
