Dear Residents:

Our after-hours EMERGENCY NUMBER is 1-800-411-4321.  Please keep this important number stored in your cell phone.

Please use this number not only to report an emergency, but also to report URGENT maintenance issues such as uncontrolled water flow, unexplained noises from a water heater or gas heater, or the smell of gas. Of course, if a situation is life threatening, 911 should always be called first.

If you smell gas, you should call SDG&E immediately at their EMERGENCY NUMBER: 1-800-611-7343. Then proceed to call our emergency number to report the issue to management so that we can take appropriate measures.

If you are locked out of your unit after business hours, please call our After-Hours EMERGENCY NUMBER: 1-800-411-4321, and the operator will give you the number of our locksmith. You will be responsible the cost of the service call for an after-hours lock out.  You MUST use our locksmith because all of our locks are keyed to a master lock.  If you use a different locksmith, there will be an additional charge to rekey the lock back to our master.
