Pacific Beach Investments Corporation owns and manages rental property located in the North Pacific Beach and Crown Point neighborhoods of San Diego, California. For 25 years, we have been dedicated to providing great places to live and exceptional service to our tenants. Our apartments are located in prime locations within walking distance of the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay.

Many of our units have been upgraded and may include such custom amenities as walk-in tiled showers, tiled bathrooms with custom vanities and linen closets, remodeled kitchens with Energy Star Rated stainless steel stoves, refrigerators and dishwashers, new hardwood teak flooring and custom window coverings. We have on-site laundry facilities and off-street parking at each of our buildings, and garages at many of our properties.
